Very close to Hamamatsucho JR station-practical if coming from Haneda airport. Great transport links being close to Hamamatsucho station. Cozy room with a microwave and laundry machines. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby

Stayed at Musbee Tokyo Hamamatsucho for a week and was impressed by its convenient location near Haneda airport. The check-in process was smooth and they even offered a safe baggage storage service. The room itself was clean and spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom areas. The added bonus of having a private washer and dryer was a life-saver. The small amenities provided in the room were a nice touch.

The hotel provided great value for the money spent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with many eateries around. The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff taking care of basic amenities and providing fresh towels daily. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with an aircon that worked well, although it did occasionally drip water, which staff promptly addressed by providing extra towels.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is very close to Hamamatsucho JR station, which is incredibly practical if you're arriving from Haneda airport. Being so close to the train station also makes it convenient for exploring the rest of the city. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-facilitated with modern appliances like washing machines and dryers. Daily amenities like clean towels and rubbish removal are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There were some minor cleanliness issues in the building, which could be improved.
